This disclaimer, privacy policy and member agreement is preliminary and subject to change. By using our website, you agree to follow all of our policies and agreements.

Definitions

Lister: A lister is a member of our website and who lists services for display to the public on our website.

MemberID: When one registers to become a member of our website, one creates a unique
MemberID to identify oneself.

Micro: A micro or microbusiness is a member who lists services on our website. It will be assumed that a micro is independent and has 5 or less employees unless clearly stated in the listing.

Disclaimer

ServAsk does not guarantee the accuracy of any information in the directory. At this point, we ourselves do not verify licenses, capabilities, insurance, references, nor reputation of any of the members. Therefore, ServAsk neither endorses nor recommends any of the members' listings in the directory. It is our purpose at this point to merely display listings and feedback, not to endorse nor verify any of the information. You use our services at your own risk, and you waive any claims against ServAsk, LLC resulting from error or omission. ServAsk is NOT responsible for any liability, losses, or any other problems you may encounter because of or while using this website.

Before hiring any member listed in this directory, we strongly advise you to further check out references, insurance, licenses, etc. YOU must ensure that all Federal, state and local rules, regulations and taxes rules are followed.

Privacy

ServAsk respects your privacy. Information entered into this site is either kept confidential, or each member controls what is displayed and to whom. For example, listers control the contact (email address, phone, etc.) for each service entered. We will not sell nor give away your contact information. We will not use your name, address, phone or email address, or any other of your information for purposes beyond the scope of our business. We may use your contact information for contacting you. We reserve the right to outsource your credit card transactions to a company such as PayPal.

Members

We reserve the right to cancel memberships. ServAsk prohibits the use of profanity, extortion, threats, and any illegal activity. Unsolicited email (spam) will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to reject and cancel any membership. If we discover that your listings are misleading, incorrect or discriminatory, we reserve the right to cancel your membership.

Only one MemberID may be created per individual.

Each listing charge is non-refundable, once we first approve of the listing and we receive payment. If you modify your listing and we do not approve of your modifications, your listing fee will not be refunded. However, you may edit to restore your listing to its original approved state. Every time you modify your listing, your listing is subject to our acceptance both before and after it is displayed to the public.

We cannot and do not guarantee that our website will be available 24/7. It is our intention to test and update the website at off-peak times. However, there may be circumstances beyond our control when the website is down for an extended period of time. In any case, you may not hold us liable in any way for down times.

You agree that all ratings and feedback are permanent and become the property of ServAsk, LLC.
If you list your services, then you agree to allow other members to enter ratings and feedback for your services. Likewise, if you enter ratings and feedback for other members, you are responsible for your own words. ServAsk does not evaluate feedback for accuracy or fairness and disclaims any responsibility for ratings and feedback. We may allow, under extreme and rare circumstances, withholding of ratings and feedback, if both the micro and its customer agree. Therefore, we strongly advise you to be very careful of your ratings and feedback. Stick to the facts. You may be held liable for your comments in a court of law by the injured party.

If you are a lister and have more than 5 employees, you must state this fact somewhere in each of your listing(s).

If you are a lister and are not independent, then you must state this fact somewhere in each applicable listing(s). That is, if your service listed is affiliated with a franchise, network marketing company, or any company with more than 5 employees, then you must state this fact along with the name of the company.

We reserve the right to increase or decrease our prices at any time for new listings. Therefore, at this time, listers may not pay for more than one year per listing.
